About Hannah

Clinical experience you can trust

As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist, I have supported individuals across a range of settings, including NHS services and private practice. My clinical experience includes working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), neuro services, and supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and related mental health difficulties.

My approach is collaborative and person-centred, recognising that every individual’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Therapy is tailored to meet people where they are, helping them develop practical strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Working together across services

Alongside therapeutic work, I have extensive experience collaborating with schools, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams (MDTs). I understand the importance of joined-up support and the impact that effective communication and shared understanding can have on outcomes for individuals.

Think Bright Therapies works alongside education and healthcare settings to strengthen mental health knowledge, improve confidence, and support professionals in their roles.

Supporting professionals through training and supervision

In addition to therapy, Think Bright Therapies offers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for professionals, including schools, GPs, and wider teams. Training is designed to be practical, evidence-informed, and relevant to the challenges professionals face when supporting mental health and wellbeing.

Supervision is also available to support practitioners in developing their skills, reflecting on their practice, and maintaining high standards of care.
