Hi I’m Hannah,
I am an NMC-registered nurse specialising in mental health and learning disabilities, and a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have worked both for the NHS and Private practices. I am passionate about supporting children, young people, adults, and professionals to enhance psychological wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based practice.
My approach combines clinical experience, evidence-based psychological therapies, and a compassionate understanding of each person's individual journey. While CBT forms the foundation of my practice, I use an adaptive approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs, experiences, and goals of each person.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, creating a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
As well as offering individual and group therapy I also offer continued professional development (CPD) and supervision. Often a lot of services encounter client, students, patients and/or staff with some mental health difficulties and this can be difficult to offer the support without the knowledge. A big part of my role is offering CPD and supervision to enhance the skills of others in supporting mental wellbeing.
